This role is responsible to manage several events each year, with a focus on flawless execution, superior client experience delivery, and excellent communication. The role works independently and collaboratively, with input and direction from the head of event planning as required.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and manage all operations for each event, including event budget; resource management; run sheets; on-site logistics; F&B and AV; and post-event reporting

  • Work with head of event planning to source, negotiate, and manage contracts with vendors

  • Coordinate with key clients as required, including benefit management, and other event logistics

  • Work closely with marketing and program managers to ensure timely management of event speakers and marketing materials

  • Support head of event planning as required

  • Use technology tools and systems to manage the process, including the Microsoft office, client relationship management program (CRM), event management system (Event Happily), AdobeSign, and other software tools as appropriate

  • Document and maintain a detailed blueprint for the role, to enable others to learn the role as required
