The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on B2B marketer with a strong background in lead generation, event execution, partner marketing, and marketing automation. You will play a vital role in aligning marketing strategies with sales goals, scaling brand visibility, and driving demand generation across channels.

This opportunity is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is eager to shape and execute marketing strategies from the ground up.

  • Produce and maintain sales enablement assets (e.g., presentations, brochures).

  • Execute impactful field marketing activations and branded experiences.

  • Collect and analyze campaign data to refine strategies and improve ROI.

  • Ensure strong alignment and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Partner Marketing & Events

  • Utilize HubSpot and CRM tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize lead conversion.

  • Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) budgets and ensure alignment with partner branding and revenue goals.

  • Report on campaign effectiveness and pipeline impact through dashboards and analytics.

Brand Positioning & Talent Branding

Drive alignment between the company’s external brand and internal culture to position the organization as both a market leader and employer of choice. This initiative focuses on strengthening brand perception across customer and talent audiences by integrating authentic storytelling, consistent messaging, and collaboration between marketing and HR.
