Role Summary: As a Paramedic, you will provide advanced pre-hospital care in field settings, managing both routine and critical emergencies. You will assess patient conditions, perform life-saving interventions, administer medications, and stabilize patients for transport when necessary. You will act as a clinical leader on-site, coordinating with EMRs, AMFRs, and other medical personnel to ensure seamless patient care. Accurate record-keeping, effective communication with hospitals and emergency services, and adherence to medical protocols are essential. This position is ideal for experienced paramedics seeking a dynamic role with opportunities for professional growth and field-based medical practice. 

Responsibilities: 

• Respond to emergencies and provide advanced medical care. 

• Assess, treat, and stabilize patients in the field. 

• Coordinate patient transfer with local hospitals when needed. 

• Maintain accurate patient care records. 

• Support workplace health and safety initiatives and training. 

Qualifications: 

• Valid Paramedic license in Ontario. 

• Current CPR and First Aid certification. 

• Experience in emergency or field medical services preferred. 

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
