Responsibilities:


This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a pioneering product and business, carving out a new category in the industry. Operating between Silicon Valley and Tokyo, you'll expand your horizons in international business while bolstering your professional network.


Reporting to Daisuke, you'll collaborate closely to craft and execute a robust product distribution strategy tailored to the US market. Your responsibilities will span lead generation, cultivating relationships with potential clients and partners, and ultimately securing deals.

Job requirements

Required Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in early-stage enterprise SaaS startups, with a focus on HR tech.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, navigating through multiple sales cycles.
  • Ability to work directly with the product leader, Daisuke.
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS business with a strong understanding of the landscape.


Key Success Criteria:

  • Acquisition of 3 or more US customers in 2024 to meet sales targets.
  • Collaboration with engineering to devise viable solutions for clients, aligning with business objectives.
  • Cultivation of relationships with new customers and partners to drive business growth in the US.


Soft Skills:

  • Versatility in wearing multiple hats to adapt to evolving needs.
  • Pragmatic approach with a bias for action to drive tangible results.
  • Genuine interest in diverse cultures, including the Japanese culture.
