Job Summary:
In this role, you will lead the redesign and content strategy of the Macnica Americas website, using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) as the CMS. You will work independently, collaborating closely with our marketing and product teams to deliver and augment a fully optimized, user-friendly website that boosts online engagement and visibility.

Responsibilities:
- Redesign and develop web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to enhance site functionality and user experience.
- Conduct periodic SEO audits and implement SEO best practices across the site.
- Develop and integrate meta tags and content optimized for targeted keywords, with a strong emphasis on increasing organic search rankings and traffic.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and content consistency.
- Provide recommendations for content and content structure, visual design, and user navigation.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in digital strategy and webpage design.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for web development.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices with hands-on experience developing meta tags and keyword-focused content.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage project timelines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing and content teams to align the website’s content strategy with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital strategy for B2B technology or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and AEM analytics capabilities.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Video editing.
Compensation:
- Pay: $75K - $100K per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
