Job Summary:

Macnica Americas is seeking a Project Manager to own the successful delivery of bespoke technology solutions to customers. This role bridges customers together with our sales and engineering teams, and our external partners, managing expectations and aligning all stakeholders. The successful Project Manager coordinates the allocation of appropriate resources, implements efficient processes and mitigates risks to ensure projects are delivered to the satisfaction of our customers.

 

During the initial onboarding period, the Project Manager will work closely with internal teams on strategic initiatives and product development projects to gain an in-depth understanding of Macnica's technologies, processes, and solutions. The role will then transition to a customer-facing position responsible for managing solution delivery, coordinating project activities, and supporting long-term customer success.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer-facing technology projects from kick-off through hand-off (delivery).

  • Coordinate project activities between customers, engineering teams, product management, and partner organizations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication and status updates.

  • Track schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Support implementation and deployment of custom technology solutions.

  • Ensure customer requirements are understood and communicated to internal teams.

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide progress reporting to stakeholders.

  • Help identify and resolve project obstacles to maintain delivery commitments.

  • Develop strong working relationships with customers and strategic partners.

  • Support post-deployment activities to ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to project execution and customer engagement.

  • Support internal projects and strategic initiatives under the guidance of engineering leadership.

Job requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience managing technical or engineering-related projects.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Experience working with technology, software, embedded systems, semiconductor, or engineering environments preferred.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field.

  • 3-7 years of experience in project management
