You will develop and execute integrated campaigns, create compelling content, and work closely with demand generation, sales, and technical teams to ensure that Macnica's robotics solutions — and the supplier ecosystem behind them — are positioned effectively with the right buyers. This role supports marketing needs across both the MAI (Americas) and MAE (Europe) regions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the annual vertical marketing plan for Robotics & AMRs, aligned to MAI and MAE pipeline targets and campaign calendars

  • Create and manage a continuous content program including technical blogs, application notes, case studies, webinar presentations, and social posts tailored to robotics buyers

  • Brief and manage external agencies and content partners on vertical-specific deliverables; review and approve all robotics-related assets

  • Partner with the Demand Generation & Automation team to develop campaign briefs, target audience definitions, and messaging frameworks that feed into Market nurture tracks

  • Support trade show and event marketing for robotics-relevant events (e.g. Automate, Vision Stuttgart); develop booth themes, demo narratives, and promotional materials

  • Collaborate with supplier partners (Sony, DeepX, Connect Tech, iENSO, and others) to develop co-branded content and joint go-to-market materials

  • Maintain and evolve robotics vertical landing pages on the Macnica Americas website in coordination with the Website & Digital Experience Lead

  • Support ABM campaigns targeting high-value robotics accounts in coordination with Sales leads across North America and Europe

  • Track vertical content performance and contribute monthly insights to the marketing team's reporting cadence

  • Serve as subject matter marketing expert for the robotics vertical — attend supplier briefings, FAE sessions, and industry events to maintain a high level of technical fluency

  • Serve as subject matter marketing expert for the vertical: attend supplier briefings, FAE sessions, standards body updates, and industry events to maintain a high level of technical fluency

Job requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience marketing to engineering or technical audiences — robotics, automation, machine vision, or adjacent fields strongly preferred

  • Strong writing and content development skills across long-form (whitepapers, case studies) and short-form (social, email, web) formats

  • Experience managing external agencies, freelancers, or content partners

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, FAE, and regional marketing teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel to domestic trade shows and occasionally to European partner events (estimated 15–20% travel)

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the electronics, semiconductor, or industrial technology sector

  • Background in robotics, AMR/AGV technology, or embedded systems marketing

  • Experience supporting multi-regional marketing programs spanning North America and Europe

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics and tools

  • Experience working with semiconductor or component suppliers as marketing partners

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • A fully documented vertical marketing plan for Robotics & AMRs covering both MAI and MAE is in place within 60 days

  • A minimum of 4 campaign-ready content assets (case study, webinar, whitepaper, or demo video) produced within the first 90 days

  • Robotics-related MQL targets are met or exceeded for Q3 and Q4 FY26

  • Supplier partner co-marketing relationships are activated with at least 2 key robotics suppliers
