Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Own your territory and lead all revenue-generating activities in Quebec and Eastern Canada
Prospect new clients and close business while maintaining and expanding existing accounts
Deliver tailored presentations that address each client’s specific identity security needs
Develop and execute a territory development plan with the support of our sales and marketing team
Maintain a strong, healthy sales pipeline and consistently exceed targets
Accurately manage opportunities using our sales tools and methodologies
Client Relationship Management and Retention
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, providing value at every interaction
Collaborate with IAM experts to deliver customized, effective solutions
Provide proactive, high-quality service to drive long-term client loyalty
Represent Indigo at industry events to enhance visibility and brand reputation
Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership
Develop deep expertise in Identity Security, including:
Identity Lifecycle Management
Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
IAM for both workforce and customer use cases
Stay current on market trends, competitors, and new technologies to position Indigo as a leader in the space
Job requirements
Must-Haves
Full professional fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
5+ years of successful sales experience in identity security, cybersecurity, or a related field
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, partners, and priorities simultaneously
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Based in or near Montreal, with willingness to travel up to 25%
Self-motivated, with a collaborative mindset
Nice-to-Haves
Strong network in the IAM/IGA sector
Experience with major identity solutions such as Ping, SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, etc.
