Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources function and ensuring a positive employee experience. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, training coordination, recruiting logistics, and administrative tasks. The HR Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance, streamline processes, and contribute to a culture of engagement and growth.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, including paperwork, system setup, orientation scheduling, and intro meetings.

  • Ensure smooth off-boarding processes, including exit documentation and system updates.

  • Assist with scheduling interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Partner with external recruiters and hiring managers to keep hiring processes organized and timely.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations across multiple states.

  • Prepare HR reports, assist with audits, and support compliance initiatives.

  • Organize and track employee training programs, including onboarding sessions and ongoing development initiatives.

  • Help coordinate career pathing and development plans in collaboration with HR leadership.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating employee events, appreciation programs, and engagement activities.

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures as directed by the HR Director.

  • Support HR initiatives such as policy updates, process improvements, and system implementations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of HR experience or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
